Keep Springfield Beautiful is an all-volunteer organization. Our staff organizes events throughout the year and then puts out the call for volunteer "foot soldiers" to help out at the events themselves.

Our largest event of the year, by far, is the springtime citywide cleanup, which calls on the help of literally thousands of volunteers. Usually held in May (check our Annual Cleanup page for the date of the next cleanup), the citywide cleanup is part of Keep Springfield Beautiful's Great American Cleanup effort. Springfield is the only city in the country that cleans up citywide in a single day.

If you would like to form a team of volunteers to help out on Cleanup Day, or you would like to volunteer as an individual, select the appropriate form below, fill it out, and mail it in. Citywide cleanup is a big operation - and with that comes equally big expenses! Volunteers are terrific and always welcome, but if we don't have the supplies we need to properly equip them, the entire effort suffers.
